FAQ - General

Where can I park?
FREE parking is available on the day for visitors and exhibitors.

Exhibitors park on the gravel car park behind the venue (opposite the main car park).

Visitors can park in the venue parking area. Disabled access is available at the venue.

Will refreshments made available?
Visitors and exhibitors can purchase refreshments at the venue.

FAQ - Visitors

What does it cost to attend?
The event is FREE to attend, but pre-registration through the website is advisable. All pre-registered and 'on-the-day' registrations need to report to the Registration desk on the 2nd floor (Top of the Terrace) to sign in and collect a Visitors' pack.

Do I need to stay for the whole day?
You are welcome to drop in when it is convenient, between 11:00am-5:00pm, to visit the exhibition or just attend a specific workshop. However, the event will officially be opened by our host at 11:00am.

Is pre-registration to attend the event necessary?
Pre-registration for the event will help you avoid possible registration queues on arrival and ensure we have enough Visitor packs available on the day.

What is there to do on the day?
Once you have signed in at the Registration desk you are welcome to visit the various exhibitors in the 7 themed zones, located over 2 floors.

FAQ - Exhibitors

Where can I unload?
Exhibitors can unload in the designated area in Carrow Road on the day of the event only, from 7:30am. Porters will be available to help you unload and take your equipment your stand space. A lift is available.

What is provided on the day as part of my stand booking?
Your stand booking includes access to an electric socket, table and a chair (no tablecloth provided).

Your stand space size is: W: 3 metres D: 2 metres H: 2.47 metres (Please note this is only a space - no shell scheme or stands are included).

WI-FI is available to those who requested it in their 'Exhibitor Details' form.

Complementary tea and coffee is available to exhibitors from 7:30am - 10:30am. Food is available to purchase at the venue.

How will I know where my stand will be located?
Prior to the event you will be emailed to confirm the zone and floor your stand will be located.

On arrival to your will be escorted by porters to the appropriate floor. There you will be met by a member of staff to show you your allocated stand space.

Floor plans will also be made available outside and inside the lifts.

How will I access the Wireless internet on the day?
If you requested WI-FI on your 'Exhibitor Details' form, login details and instructions will be available in your exhibitor pack.

Will you have any best stand prizes on the day?
Yes! Prizes will be given for Best Overall Stand, Best On-stand Promotion and Best Stand Design.
