COST OF STAND SPACE

Early Bird special Offers
The first 40 Norfolk Chamber members to book a stand will receive a special discount, making a great membership stand offer of £275 + VAT. Thereafter, if you book your stand space before 25 July 2011 you will receive a £50 discount.

Stand rates after 25 July are:

Norfolk Chamber Members : -
Price: £350 +VAT

Non Members : -
Price: £450 +VAT

Please note that a non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required on all stand bookings. Stand bookings will only be confirmed when both the booking form and deposit have been received.

Cancellation: Payment will still be required unless cancellation is received in email by 22 September 2011. All deposits are non refundable.

SET UP TIME

Access from 07:30am. All stands to be ready by 10:30am at the latest.

DOWN TIME

To maintain a professional approach it is requested that stands are not dismantled before the end of the exhibition which is 5pm. Those dismantling before this time may not be allowed to exhibit at future exhibitions. Exhibitors are requested to remove their stand/material from the NCFC on the 20 October 2011.

STAND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking confirmation will be sent to you within 14 days of receiving your booking form.
